- The SFR1522 is suitable for 2-color UV ink screen printing on products including small round tubes, pens, eyebrow pencils, lipsticks, and syringes. It also specializes in 2-color IR ink screen printing for syringes, addressing the specific ink-curing needs of medical device packaging.
- Hot Stamping: Beyond screen printing, the SFR1522 is compatible with hot stamping processes on small rigid tubes, pens, eyebrow pencils, lipsticks, syringes, and other related items, enabling high-quality metallic or glossy decorative effects.
- Mechanical & Control Features: The machine adopts an integrated turntable structure, which combines full-process functionality with simple, straightforward operation. For enhanced reliability, it incorporates electrical parts from well-known brands, a precise PLC control system, and an easy-to-navigate touch screen—supporting stable operation in long-term production.

Plasma Surface Treatment Function: It can specifically improve the surface activity of various substrates (such as round cans/bottles made of plastic or glass). By breaking the surface tension of materials and removing tiny oil stains and impurities, it significantly enhances the adhesion fastness of subsequent inks, preventing printed patterns from delamination, scratching, and other issues. It is particularly suitable for scenarios like cosmetics and daily necessities, where high durability of packaging appearance is required.

LED-UV Curing Function: It adopts a high-efficiency LED light source to achieve rapid ink curing. Compared with traditional curing methods, it not only shortens the single curing time to improve production efficiency but also has the advantages of low energy consumption and low heat release. This can reduce damage to heat-sensitive substrates, while ensuring that printed colors are full and stable, and the bright texture of the packaging is maintained for a long time.
