Machine features

-This model is suitable for printing various colors of thermosetting inks on bottles made of plastic, metal, and glass, as well as water bottles in different shapes (such as round, square, or oval).

-The machine adopts a precise and stable digital control servo drive to run various functions and complete printing, enabling easy 360-degree full-circumference printing for products of different shapes (e.g., cylindrical, conical).

-The machine features an integrated turntable structure: products rotate to different stations with a single fixture, realizing feeding, positioning, surface treatment, printing, curing, and discharging in one flow. This design prevents product scratches and abrasion, with printing accuracy reaching up to ±0.1mm.

-The machine can be equipped with a finished product inspection module on demand, which automatically identifies and diverts unqualified products—replacing manual inspection to save labor and improve efficiency.

-The feeding conveyor can be directly connected to bottle-making equipment, or seamlessly linked to an automatic bottle trimmer, fully replacing manual feeding and streamlining the production line.

-After printing, finished products are automatically sent to a drying oven (maximum temperature 120°C), where they are baked by a robot for 10 minutes to achieve thorough and stable curing of thermosetting inks.

1. Cosmetics Industry

- Application Objects: Various cosmetic glass containers such as essence bottles, lotion bottles, cream jars, and perfume sample bottles.

- Printing Process: It can accurately print brand logos, product names, capacity labels, and simple patterns. After printing, it first undergoes IR (Infrared) pre-drying to quickly remove part of the solvent in the ink; then through UV (Ultraviolet) curing, the ink is instantly cured on the surface of the glass bottle, forming a pattern with strong adhesion, wear resistance, and high gloss, meeting the exquisite appearance requirements of cosmetic packaging.

2. Food and Beverage Industry

- Application Objects: Food and beverage glass containers such as juice bottles, jam jars, honey jars, seasoning bottles, as well as beer bottles and small liquor bottles.
