Intorduction
Senny provides two types of automatic screen printing equipment—flatbed and cover models—equipped with advanced automatic printing technologies including screen printing and foil stamping. These machines enable high-quality printing of colorful designs and text on a diverse range of products, such as covers, housings, buttons, and flat panels. They are fully compatible with multiple substrates, including plastic, wood, metal, and glass.
In addition, Senny offers high-performance servo-driven pad printing machines and production lines, specifically designed for border printing on 3D glass components for mobile phones.
Machine Application
This machine is specifically designed for printing on non-standard flat plastic containers, standard glass bottles, and other regular flat-surfaced products.
At its core, the machine adopts an imported separator and integrates multiple key functions: automatic alignment, "no-product-no-printing" safety protection, screen printing, and UV curing—effectively meeting the diverse printing needs of current products. Additionally, it offers an optional automatic vibratory feeder system for enhanced efficiency.
The machine boasts prominent advantages, including high automation, user-friendliness, high precision, strong reliability, cost-effectiveness, and easy operation & maintenance. It is widely applied in industries such as cosmetics, wine, home decoration, and food.
Specifications
The SFR8110 is a one-color print and the SF1220 is a two-color print, with the same machine size/maximum print area and print speed. We offer up to three colors, one of which can be converted from a screen printing head to hot stamping. This provides convenience for flat perfume glass bottles that require hot stamping, we can print glossy oil first and then hot stamp to save a lot of cost and labor.
